Staron Chemicals manufactures specialty chemicals, water filtration & disinfection products, and animal feed additives — exporting to 8+ countries. Their old site obscured all of that. We rebuilt it as a clean B2B portal organized around the buyer, not the org chart.

Staron Chemicals is the kind of B2B manufacturer that's hard to explain in one sentence — and that's the problem. Specialty chemicals, water treatment, disinfection, animal feed additives, agro-chemicals, industrial process aids. Each line serves a completely different buyer with a completely different question.
The old site put everything in one big menu. A poultry farmer looking for water disinfection had to wade past pharma intermediates and industrial cleaning solutions to find the right product. The result: 72% bounce rate and a sales team manually re-explaining the catalog in every email.
The brief was simple: build a site where every visitor finds what they came for in two clicks.
Built like an org chart, not for the buyer.
- One-size-fits-all homepage trying to address chemical buyers, farmers, and procurement managers simultaneously
- Product catalog organized by chemistry (sodium chlorite, hypochlorite) instead of by application (poultry, F&B, water plants)
- No clear vertical entry points — users had to know exactly what they wanted before navigating
- Export markets (8+ countries) were invisible on the homepage
- Page load was 5.1 seconds — kills B2B inquiries from procurement portals
- R&D capability and certifications buried in a sub-page nobody clicked
- Mobile experience broken — half the inquiry forms were unusable
- No social proof — the Wyldox / Srinivasa Group partnerships weren't surfaced anywhere
