Setlite Engineers operates in a niche but high-stakes B2B world. Their buyers are mine site managers, fleet engineers, procurement heads at major construction projects. The kind of people who know exactly which Komatsu transmission they need and want to see availability before they call.
The old site couldn't answer those questions. Generic "About Us." Vague service descriptions. No equipment catalog. No clear path from "I have a broken excavator transmission" to "Setlite can help me." Result: most inquiries came through IndiaMART, not the site itself.
The brief: build a website that actually competes with IndiaMART for direct inquiries.
